Got a bowl with white rice, chicken, queso, and lettuce. Ate the entire thing cause I was starving. After my 8 minute drive home I had to sprint to my bathroom, literally straight liquid.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
Suspected source: shredded lettuce
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: Several days
Sick: Me
Additional information: Had steak and cheese hoagie with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Strongly suspect the lettuce was the cause of nausea/vomiting starting about 6 hours after eating.… See more

Purchased Simply Natural Applesause. LOT 1S1UWP Exp 9/20/2022. Containor exploded as it was opened. Ruined my work clothes. Wasn't thinking at the time and ate a spoonful.
