Suspected source: shredded lettuce
Onset: 4 to 12 hours

Additional information: Had steak and cheese hoagie with shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Strongly suspect the lettuce was the cause of nausea/vomiting starting about 6 hours after eating. Sick for 48 hours. | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
