Ate half portion southwest salad around 1 pm. By 7 pm I was in ER with violent diarrhea and vomiting.

Either a frontega chicken sandwich or fruit bowl. Starting about 10 hours later have been vomiting any time I try to eat. Can’t keep anything down. Pretty sure it is from the food I had delivered from here with Uber. August 31, 2024
