Turkey Chili Illness Report

10 hours after eating at Panera I was sick for two days. Uncontrollable vomiting and diahrea. The worst stomach cramps ever. I had turkey chili, chicken avocado flat bread, brownie and unsweet tea. I felt like I was dying.
