Had a thin crust meatball and pepperoni around 9:30pm Sunday night. Started having painful stomach cramps a couple hours later. Ended up having painful cramps and diarrhea the rest of the night and into today (Monday). Couldn't even leave the toilet until about 9am Monday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
