We ordered an extra large pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, and brownies. Symptoms started showing a few hours after consumption. Starting with nausea then vomiting and finally diarrhea. It has been about 12 hours since the symptoms started and are still dealing with the affects.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
