Dual Pizza Crust Illness

My boyfriend and I got two separate pizzas. I have pepperoni and pineapple with garlic Parmesan crust, he had sausage pizza with normal crust and we both have been in and out of the bathroom all night with the WORST stomach ache I have ever had. The feeling will not go away.
