1 cheese pizza with stuffed crust and 1 black olive and mushroom pizza. I got the pizza about 7pm last night. Not long after started to become bloated and nauseated, couldn't sleep. Vomit and diarrhea this morning and continuing nausea and stomach pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Bloating, Stomach Pain
