Ordered 1 half olive half cheese, 2 pepperoni & bread sticks last night. Spouse, son & I have been having "faucet butt" diarrhea all afternoon. Not happy at all & strongly suspect someone made food with dirty hands  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
