Me and my partner each ate a pepperoni pizza with a side of garlic bread to share. The last 3 days we have both experienced strong symptoms of nausea, diarrhoea, muscle weakness and fatigue. We have only been able to eat small portions of soup since we ate the pizza due to our symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Weakness, Fatigue
