Chicken Bowl Causes Diarrhea

I’m not 100% sure this is the culprit. Reporting just in case since it was determined by a process of elimination; all other food places I ate at I do so with someone. I ate a chicken bowl with beans and rice. Included is lettuce. I added red hot sauce and pico de Gallo.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
