Wednesday June 19 from 1/2 chicken, white rice, black beans from Pollo Tropical. Not sure which item, but maybe chicken. I had 1/2 chicken, white rice, black bean & plaintains. Symptoms have continued since Wednesday June 19 and not gone away.

October 26, 2021. Ordered half chicken and rice and beans. Since eating that, have had nausea, vomiting, low grade fever, diarrhea.

Ordered chicken ceasar wrap on Saturday April 7 around 5 pm, within a few hours , sever diarrhea and vomiting for two days, today which is the 10 th I still have diarrhea, horrible nausea, thought I was gonna go to the hospital, pedialite helped.
