Wednesday June 19 from 1/2 chicken, white rice, black beans from Pollo Tropical. Not sure which item, but maybe chicken. I had 1/2 chicken, white rice, black bean & plaintains. Symptoms have continued since Wednesday June 19 and not gone away.

Ordered chicken ceasar wrap on Saturday April 7 around 5 pm, within a few hours , sever diarrhea and vomiting for two days, today which is the 10 th I still have diarrhea, horrible nausea, thought I was gonna go to the hospital, pedialite helped.
