Approximately 10 to 12 hours after eating Portillo's chocolate cake purchased Dec. 28, 2025 I experienced cramps, stomach discomfort, diarrhea and vomiting. Thankfully, 14 hours after the onset I was feeling better.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills

My brother and I went here both had the exact same meal the Italian beef with hot peppers. We spent a good portion of the night and morning sitting on the toliet with bad diarrhea.
