Oatmeal Causes Recurring Diarrhea

Taste is off. Through it away. Made another. Same. After eating couple of spoons full, diarrhea. Something wrong with Quaker Apple and Cinnamon instant oatmeal. This has happened three times. Wasn't sure what was doing it. Now I know it's the oatmeal.

Home, Not sure. Hamburger cooked to 160 degrees. With onions, baby kale, chard and spinach 2 got sick each, about 6 hours after consumption
