Ate a house salad with blue cheese dressing and was horribly nauseous within 30 minutes of eating. Went to sleep and woke around 5am needing to vomit and again a few hours later. Stayed sick with nausea and diarrhea all day long. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
