I ate lucky charms cereal We were on spring break from Mi. And cereal was something easy for breakfast I ate most of it. Tons of stomach cramps and gas and sore stomach with the other symptoms listed above. It happened on March 28,29,30,31 2022

Spicy Wings Cause Upset Stomach

Yesterday (1-27) I ordered hot and spicy chicken wings (Family pack) around 10pm and ate about 10 of them for dinner. The next morning (today) I have had diarrhea and upset stomach. I’ve had to use the bathroom 4 times today and explode on the toilet.
