Scallops Cause Severe Pain

I have intense lower abdominal pain like stabbing pains. I ate a few scallops last night and woke up with this pain. I ate more an hour ago and now I’m in excruciating pain, It must be the scallops because that’s all I’ve had in twelve hours.
