Tuna salad Dieting so all I ate within a 24 period of time was a tuna sandwich. Are it at 2pm and starting vomiting at 11pm. Had sever stomach pains and diarrhea

Italian Sub Triggers Illness

Purchased an Italian sub with oil and oregano on 6/24. It was refrigerated and consumed about two hours later. Started having gas and stomach cramps about two hours later. Finally had diarrhea, nausea, and nomitting about two hours later.
