Purchased an Italian sub with oil and oregano on 6/24. It was refrigerated and consumed about two hours later. Started having gas and stomach cramps about two hours later. Finally had diarrhea, nausea, and nomitting about two hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps, Gas
