Seafood Pasta Causes Illness

Had mussels and their shrimp lobster Alfredo pasta. My husband never had the mussels but I did pour the sauce from.them onto the pasta to make it more flavorful. I didn't eat much pasta but my husband ate most of it. We are both violently ill within 6 hours of eating. I've never puked so much.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
