Garlic Chili Chicken W/ White Rice, Immediate regret - within 4 hours, diarrhea and vomiting set in. Diarrhea into the next 14 hours and vomiting thereafter as well. Broke a fever overnight and aches throughout that same night. Crippling headache the next morning, probably due to dehydration.…
