Felt fine all day. For dinner, I had the same thing as my wife who did not get sick. Had a glass of chocolate milk and within fifteen minutes, I started feeling stomach pain, chills, and then sweats…and then sick for two days… it has to be that chocolate syrup.. signature cafe bowl salad Santa Fe style exp 5/9/2021 Are salad in afternoon about 2pm began vomiting by midnight. Uncontrollable nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness to the point I went to the ER to get fluids and anti nausea.
