Felt fine all day. For dinner, I had the same thing as my wife who did not get sick. Had a glass of chocolate milk and within fifteen minutes, I started feeling stomach pain, chills, and then sweats…and then sick for two days… it has to be that chocolate syrup.. I'm beginning to like, be a bit uncomfy but I powered thru it.
I go swimming w my friends, and I can hardly swim because I feel so sick. I think im gonna poop and no poop comes out. So I keep swimming.

(i didn't sh*t in the water cuz im not nasty)

later, i'm at my friends house. we sit and dink around on our phones cuz we're tech addicted teenagers. so im like seriously NOT feeling good so I go to the bathroom, thinking im about to sh*t and...

Total chaos. Like, partially digested ground beef going out of my nose and mouth. I'm like a machine gun of inedible this.

signature cafe bowl salad Santa Fe style exp 5/9/2021 Are salad in afternoon about 2pm began vomiting by midnight. Uncontrollable nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and dizziness to the point I went to the ER to get fluids and anti nausea.

hush puppies which were warm and tasted fine e and a very small slice of prime rib which was sliced fresh and was warm. So the crab legs must have been what made me sick. There was only o e bite that tasted funny but it was one of the last pieces that I ate.
