I just noticed a recall of unsweetened almond milk. I had Cheerios with that milk.. It took almost a week to fully recover

Old Poke Causes Illness

At night, packs their extra poke they didn’t sell during the day into smaller packages and sells them. I bought one of the salmon poke that was on the side Saturday night. The symptoms started around 1-2 am the following morning.
