Had Mushroom Bacon Risotto and my helper had Black Pepper Spaghetti yesterday for dinner. Both of us are having fever, diarrhea, headache, cramps and vomiting. Started since last night and till now still having the same symptoms.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
