I purchased a bag of frozen member's mark mahi mahi from sam's club. I cooked it in the air fryer to 150 degrees internal temp. I ate the fish and within 10 mins I experienced severe diarrhea, sweating, fatigue, and nausea.

I ate sausage pancake on a stick and my stomach hurts so bad, trying to make a bowel movement and I can’t so just dealing with the pain. This has happened twice now after eating it.
