Lucky Charms Vomiting Incident

This past Sunday my 6 year old grand daughter had vomiting episodes after eating lucky charms cereal. She ate a small bowl of them and maybe about 2 hours later, threw up twice. Not sure. But the only thing consumed that day were lucky charms and drank water & apple juice.
