Ate one slice pepperoni and garlic bread. Worker put the slice into the oven to “reheat” it since it had been sitting for a minute. This was the only thing eaten all day. About 8-10 hours later severe diarrhea and vomiting for the next 8 hours. Glenbrook Square Mall.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
