“Had shrimp burrito 1/14/18 at Senor taco at 2:00 pm. Also had salsa from the salsa bar so not sure which one caused the illness. Began vomiting and chills at 9 pm that night. Not eating this again only at pristine fish market where they know how to handle high risk foods . See Less”

“I had a 5 piece chicken tender with honey mustard, tots, and a large Oreo cheesecake master blast shake. The shake tasted absolutely rotten - I thought that maybe they didn’t stir it well enough, so I stirred it thoroughly and it still tasted awful. I had MAYBE 5 sips and stopped drinking it. I left... See Moreit on the counter so I could take it back/tell them how horrid it was. A few hours later I saw it literally frothing and bubbling like sea foam! I don’t know what the heck happened, but it’s been awful. I got intense stomach cramps and diarrhea a little less than 12 hours afterwards. As a health care professional, the symptoms point me towards C. diff (clostridium) and it is highly likely that the ingredients of either the shake or the chicken tenders had not been refrigerated properly. “I had a triple shot venti Mocha, hot with whipped cream on Thursday morning 4/1/21 around 7am. I had not eaten anything prior to going there and I didn't eat anything with my drink. My last meal was dinner on Wednesday. I felt fine in the morning and went through my normal routine. About an hour aft... See Moreer I finished the Mocha (around 8:30-9:00 am) I felt really full and bloated. About hour after that, I felt jabbing stomach pain. This continued for hours and worsened throughout the day. I had no appetite and did not eat anything all day. I began vomiting profusely that afternoon. I sipped ginger ale but continued bouts of vomiting and severe, painful dry heaving. I had severe body aches from head to toe and the dry heaving made it so much worse. I went to bed in pain at around 10pm and woke up a few hours later with a fever 100.8. On Friday morning the fever was 101.3, but quickly resolved after sipping gatorade and ginger ale. I ate dry toast around 11 am yesterday (Friday). The jabbing pain was gone, and I still had slight nausea. By around 5:30 yesterday afternoon, I finally felt hungry. I ate two eggs without a problem, but the body aches persisted. I am still slightly sore today, but my abdomen feels like I barely survived a boxing match. I believe this was not related to any other issue - I felt perfectly normal before the onset and have been isolated since January 2020. I had only just began leaving my house very recently and had been there drive thru several other times during the week.
Update: For clarity, I had a Venti Mocha, triple shot with whipped cream. There is a second item label on the cup for a short drink, add whip – it is a cup of whipped cream for my dog (He did not get sick). See Less”
