Burger Triggers Headache, Vomiting

I ate a regular hamburger yesterday night and i woke up with heavy headache... followed by vomiting (6 times) and diarhia . I feel better after i threw up 6 times and took advil. The burger didnt have onion or pickel .. just the meat lettus and tomato
