Deli Meal Leads to Illness

Today I ate the corn beef on rye with the potato salad and the macaroni. I wasn't feeling well when I got home, I was bloated, had cramping and flatulence. When I tried to lay down I had to get up every 20 minutes with diarrhea. Its been a terrible, terrible night.
