Grapes Trigger Nausea, Vomiting

My husband had grapes for breakfast around 10am. About 2pm he started feeling really nauseous w/stomach pain and by 5pm he started vomiting. He vomited 4 times over 3 hours and began to feel better around 9pm. Grapes are from California, PLU 4022, purchased Sunday, August 1st.
