Food Safety Reports: Skyline Chili, West Main Street, Troy, OH, USA

Ate a 4-way and cheese Coney on December 30. Was the only person in my group who had chili (others had Greek salad and wrap). By that evening I had severe diarrhea and vomiting, bloat, cramping, chills, and headache. Severe symptoms continued all night. Still have mild symptoms 48 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
