Banquet turkey pot pie. I did not see a doctor, but experienced serious food poisoning symptoms. It was the only thing I'd eaten in the preceding 24 hours, so the only possible culprit. | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills
