BBQ Meal Causes Illness

2 am this morning Smithfield in leland pulled pork sandwich, fries, and/or sweet tea.
Had pulled pork sandwich with slaw , fries, and sweet tea on july 16 evening. Awoke at 2 am following day with the above symptoms. These lasted until midmorning  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Headache, Stomach Pain
