Around 9:30 AM I got 2 chicken sandwiches BOGO and rt44 unsweetened tea using my app. Ate first sandwich and just about 5 mins later got very gassy, bad heart burn. Ate the 2nd and after 30 mins had sharp belly pain, bad heartburn, shakes, weak clammy… See more

Burger & Ice Cream Woes

I had my double hamburger which was supposed to be pickles and ketchup no cheese and with in an hour after that I have stomach discomfort start and I've been in the bathroom all night sick I also found tiny black Flys in my ice cream  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea

Chili Dog Triggers Hospital Visit

I had a chillie cheese dog at 2 pm. When I got home around 4 pm I started getting nausea which led to vomiting for 12 hours until I went to the hospital. I could not keep liquid down. I also had diarrhea and a slight fever. I went to the hospital and got an IV because I was dehydrated.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
