Egg Bites Cause Turmoil

Ate egg white sous vide egg bites with roasted peppers and small coffee with cream and within one hour was cramping and had episodes of diarrhea, not fun on a plane. Afterwards for a couple days had headache and stomach felt beat up.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps, Headache
