This is the second time I’ve ordered the bacon, sausage, and egg wrap and have had these symptoms by the end of the day. Started first with feeling nauseous, followed by stomach cramps, and then diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Cramps
