TV Dinner Causes Illness

A day after I ate the TV dinner (I had the chicken tenders with Mac and cheese with corn). I felt fine after I ate it at first but within 24hrs I started having consistent diarrhea and vomiting. I also have a fever and body aches. I am extremely disappointed!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Body Ache
