Greasy Sandwich Causes Illness

A sandwich. The bread was soaked in grease and or garlic butter(probably was old and left out near other ingredients). To where it was completely mushy. I didnt notice untill about 2 or 3 bites in.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting
