Salami Sandwich Causes Illness

I had a salami sanwich on white bread with american cheese, pickles, olives, mistard ans mayo. About four hours later i was spewing from my behind. Really unpleasant stuff. I was sooo nauseous too but luckily did not vomit.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
