I ordered a sandwich. I woke up in the middle of the night with stomach pain. I couldnt go back to sleep. Pepto Bismal didnt help. I threw twice durin the nite. My stomach is a little better but i have a fever

Ate here February 6th I got a foot long with on Italian bread with only SALAMI and MUSTARD only ! .. around 9 at night woke up around 3:35 throwing up every 4 mins until the next morning with a fever and diarrhea with the worst stomach…
