Had footlong meatball sandwich, white bread, toasted, with provolone, iceberg lettuce, green peppers, and pickles. Approximately 12-24 hours afterwards, had headache, cramping, nausea, vomitting, diahrrhea. After two days, all symptoms except diahhrea and cramps cleared. On day 5 with cramps and diarrhea.
