At at noon. Started feeling sick around 5pm didn’t start puking until 9. Had diarrhea from 5pm on. I had a sweet onion chicken terriyaki sandwhich with provolone on Italian herb and cheeese bread.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
