Taco Combo Triggers Illness

Had a soft taco, some Nacho fries, & half of nachos bel grande. Tasted ok but the tomatoes & lettuce seemed off. Woke up next morning vomiting, shaking, very strange pains in head & worst abdominal pain/cramps. Dizziness.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Dizziness, Shaking
