Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, East Main Street, Chillicothe, OH, USA

Had a soft taco, some Nacho fries, & half of nachos bel grande. Tasted ok but the tomatoes & lettuce seemed off. Woke up next morning vomiting, shaking, very strange pains in head & worst abdominal pain/cramps.
