Ate a Crunchwrap and beefy 5 layer at 5pm-6pm 12/2/25 by 4 am 12/3/25 I was vomiting and had diarrhea for the next 12 hours every hour. Had to go to urgent care to get anti nausea medicine and make sure I wasn’t too dehydrated because I was not able to keep water down

Woken up in middle of night throwing up and shitting my brains out had chills all day and fatigue and can’t eat.

Ordered a crunch wrap supreme and cheesy Gordita crunch. It took 25 minutes to get our food and within 1 hour of eating I had severe stomach cramps and was vomiting.
