Food Safety Reports: Taco Bell, South Main Street, Nephi, Utah, USA

All through the night last night and this morning as well. I ate Taco Bell for dinner, I’m 100% sure it was the food I ate a nachos belgrande and a rice and cheese burrito and during the night I got violently ill. I was freezing cold and my head was and still is burning up.  | Symptoms: Headache, Chills
