Ate 2 beef soft tacos with cheese and what turned out to be stale chips with cheese dip around 9pm, woke up at 4:30AM throwing up, intense gas, diarrhea, dizziness and chills. Never again, taco bell, never again.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Gas, Dizziness, Chills
