On October 6th at 2 am I had two hard shells tacos I started getting acid reflux and the next morning felt like I was going to vomit a fever started and I felt like I ate poison and was going to die I drank water and ate some plain bread it finally passed after some time.

I picked up lunch there at about 4 in the afternoon and bicep before 7 even I started to vomit. Projectile vomit and diarrhea

Ordered a number two, hadn't had anything to eat all day. Felt sick after eating it woke up through night with severe stomach cramps and vomiting.

Beef Crunch Wrap, Soft Tacos, and Hard-Shelled Tacos, We there at 8pm 8/9/2017. The morning of 8/10/2017, filled the toilet with diarrhea. It did not stop for 5 days. Splitting headache, fever and chills, body ache and joint ache. 1 more day of diarrhea and will head to the Emergency Room.

Are there at 11pm on 8/5/2017 An day woke up at 2 am with explosive diharreah, vomiting, stomach cramp, and a fever.
