Had nacho fries Friday about 230 pm and woke up Saturday morning at 5 am with diarrhea. Then about 11 came the vomiting. Now today everything but vomiting😔. Taco Bell off mt Zion road Decatur Illinois  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
